1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account and using Mirokami, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Mirokami is a virtual character application that interacts with the world through your photos. The service includes:

  • Creation and management of virtual characters
  • Interactions through photos taken by camera
  • Image analysis by Artificial Intelligence
  • Attributes and experience system
  • Rewarded ads (optional)
3. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

3.1. Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 13 years
  • Minors under 18 must have parental/guardian permission
  • You must provide truthful and accurate information

3.2. Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Do not share your account with third parties
  • Notify us immediately about unauthorized use
  • You are responsible for all activities on your account
4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You MAY:

  • ✅ Use the app for personal entertainment
  • ✅ Take photos of food, activities, hobbies
  • ✅ Share your experience on social media

You MAY NOT:

  • ❌ Send illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • ❌ Upload photos of other people without permission
  • ❌ Attempt to hack, exploit bugs, or violate security
  • ❌ Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation
  • ❌ Reverse engineer the application
  • ❌ Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the service
  • ❌ Send spam or malicious content

Violations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. USER CONTENT

5.1. Your Photos

  • You retain all rights to the photos you upload
  • By uploading, you grant us a license to process images with AI
  • We do not share your photos with third parties (except infrastructure providers like AWS)
  • Photos are stored indefinitely and available in interaction history until you delete them
  • You can delete your photos manually at any time
  • Deletion is permanent and immediate - there is no trash or recovery option
  • When you delete your account, all your photos are deleted within 30 days

5.2. Prohibited Content

We do not tolerate:

  • Nudity or explicit sexual content
  • Violence, gore, or cruelty
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Personal information of third parties
  • Copyright infringement
6. ALPHA PHASE - TEST VERSION

Important: Mirokami is in Alpha Phase. This means:

  • The app may contain bugs and instabilities
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • There may be service interruptions
  • Data may be lost during updates (we'll do our best to avoid this)
  • The service is provided "as is"
7. PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES

Currently: Mirokami is free during the Alpha phase.

Future: We may introduce:

  • In-app purchases (consumables, premium items)
  • Optional subscriptions
  • Ad removal

You will be informed about changes before implementation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
  • We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or indirect damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (currently $0)
9. GOVERNING LAW
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil
  • Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil
